2) Look at the blogs of other WeightWatchers participants. They frequently post great recipes of different sorts. And being in the same boat as you are, the recipes are design for making the weight loss as enjoyable as possible. Search on sites such as Blogger and Wordpress, that's where you'll easily find most blogs.

There you will find recipes, shopping lists, the points for each meal at certain restaurants and fast food joints. Just do a google search for Dottie's Weight Loss Zone, and hop right in.

The food recipes by Weight Watchers are becoming increasingly popular every day as we learn how much of an impact what we eat has on our lives. Here's a quick guide for you how to use the weightwatchers food points to create your own delicious meals.

1) Find a list of foods and ingredients and their corresponding Weight Watch-point. If you're a member already, you will already have access to this. If you haven't signed up yet, do so by going to their website.

2) Create a list to apply to your recipes, breaking down each food into groups such as vegetables, fruits, meats and so on.

3) Scribble down the weightwatchers-point values each of the food groups have, so you can apply that to your own recipes later.

4) Bring out your own recipes and add the ingredients of the recipes into the food categories that you think fits best.

5) Then change the food ingredients that have to high a point in your opinion with ones that that are lower in the weight watchers system to create new watchers recipes with lower calories than previously.
